Well, here we go...

I saw an article about a vegan alternative to shrimp. I don't really care about a shrimp alternative. I'll never be vegan and shrimp farming isn't horrible for the global ecosystem. What I want is a good BEEF alternative. Lab-grown steaks, I'm waiting for you! Or even a close approximation of a real hamburger. Burger King made it easy to slip a veggie patty into the Whopper because their beef patty isn't the best to begin with; it's all in the framing. If you want a really good burger it's going to be a bar burger or homemade, and that means real beef for now.
